but wait there's more

**3/28/26** ACTUAL DATE WRITTEN

Hi guys!

I love you all. Your messages make me smile and literally make me laugh out loud sometimes.

I am doing really well. Not everything is perfect at all. I will give you the terrifying Lifetime movie drama first, and then I will get to all the good stuff. The key is, as long as I stay clean, I know I will keep winning.

DRAMA:

I don’t even know how much I have told you, but my life has turned into a Lifetime movie. There has been so much drama involving my relationship, his ex, and people around us that it honestly does not even feel real.

His ex called my probation officer and made a false report that led to me being handcuffed and his home being searched. They later apologized and explained that they were following protocol, but I will never forget the feeling of sitting there in handcuffs knowing I had done nothing wrong.

He now has a no-stalking order in place, and I am doing everything I can to focus on peace and moving forward.

I have moved again (yes, I know 😂). This makes the fourth place I have lived since getting out of prison, but honestly, this one has been my favorite so far. I have my own room in a beautiful home right on the water, and I have met some truly good people who have reminded me how much kindness still exists in the world.

GOOD NEWS:

I got a second interview for the Next Chapter Coding Boot Camp!!! Here is a screenshot of the home page!!!

I am excited. I am terrified. I am trying not to get my hopes up too much.

And somehow, because my life apparently needed another major decision to make, I have even more choices.

My old boss has offered for me to come live with him rent free while I complete the coding boot camp and focus on my writing. The craziest part? I told my mom and sister expecting them to tell me I was completely out of my mind and that they would never support it because it was way too soon.

Instead, they said, “What’s the worst that happens? It doesn’t work out and you tried.”

They also pointed out that he had many qualities I had never experienced in past relationships. He was successful, stable, and had never struggled with addiction.

BUT WAIT. There is more 😂.

My current job also offered me a full-time traveling HR/Project Manager Assistant position. I am waiting for the official offer, but they know my entire past and have already told me they will help with anything probation requires for me to travel for work.

How cool is that?

I have so many incredible opportunities in front of me, and I am praying every day that I make the right decision.

I hope these letters bring you hope and make you smile. Keep writing me back. I love and miss all of you.

Love,

Amy
